Artwork & Availability
Brinkley Art House offers original and curated artwork. Because many pieces are unique, availability is subject to change. An artwork is not considered sold until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Pricing & Payment
Prices may vary by artwork and are communicated to the purchaser before purchase. Customers using a custom payment link are responsible for entering the agreed-upon purchase amount. Applicable shipping, delivery, handling, taxes, or other charges may be added when appropriate.
Artwork Appearance
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent each artwork online. However, colors, textures, dimensions, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on photography, lighting, screens, or displays. Natural variations and imperfections may be part of an original or handmade work.
Shipping, Delivery & Damage
Shipping or delivery arrangements will be communicated with the purchaser when applicable. Customers should inspect artwork promptly upon receipt and notify Brinkley Art House of any shipping damage as soon as possible, including photographs of the artwork and packaging.
Returns & Cancellations
Because original artwork is unique, sales may be final unless otherwise agreed to in writing before purchase. Any approved return, cancellation, exchange, or refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Copyright & Reproduction
Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist or applicable rights holder unless expressly transferred in writing. Artwork may not be commercially reproduced, copied, or distributed without appropriate authorization.
Community Contributions
When a sale or campaign includes a charitable or community contribution, Brinkley Art House will identify the amount or percentage, intended recipient, and intended purpose before purchase. Such contributions will be handled according to the terms disclosed for that particular sale or campaign.
Limitation of Liability
Brinkley Art House is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, website interruptions, or differences in digital display of artwork.
Changes to These Terms
Brinkley Art House may update these terms periodically. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.

At Brinkley Art House, each artwork is carefully selected, presented, and handled with respect for the artist and collector. Because many of our works are original and one-of-a-kind, all artwork sales are generally final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, sizing, color variation, or other circumstances unrelated to damage or an error by Brinkley Art House. Any exception must be approved by Brinkley Art House in writing.
Damaged Artwork
If artwork arrives damaged, please contact Brinkley Art House within 48 hours of delivery. Customers should retain all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any visible damage. We will review the circumstances and work with the purchaser to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement when possible, or a refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive artwork different from what you purchased, please contact us promptly. Brinkley Art House will arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the purchaser.
Approved Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping, delivery, handling, insurance, or other transaction-related charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Brinkley Art House or the artwork was damaged in transit.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before artwork has been shipped, delivered, or otherwise prepared for fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may not be available. Custom, commissioned, specially ordered, or reserved artwork may be non-refundable.
Return Shipping
No artwork should be returned without prior written authorization from Brinkley Art House. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding packaging, insurance, shipping, and the return destination.
